Before real estate, Juana spent over two decades in banking and marketing, serving as a Director of Marketing for community banks and later as a marketing consultant. These leadership roles taught her the importance of strategic planning, collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer service—skills she now uses to help clients achieve their real estate goals. Juana believes success comes from teamwork: “Real estate is a partnership, and I’m committed to guiding my clients with clarity and confidence.”
Outside of work, Juana enjoys exploring Houston’s vibrant restaurant scene, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her two grown children. She is also deeply committed to her community, having held leadership positions in organizations such as River Oaks Baptist School, Episcopal High School, The Junior League of Houston, and St. Luke’s Methodist Church.
